MEDICAL SERVICES
The Cleveland Care Center offers the following services.
All services are free and confidential.

Pregnancy Test. Our pregnancy tests are high-quality urine tests, meaning you’ll receive your results during your visit. The pregnancy test detects the hCG levels in your urine (also called the pregnancy hormone). This test is certified by our medical staff and can be used to begin the WIC process.

3D/4D Ultrasound. We are uniquely blessed to offer free 3D/4D ultrasound for our pregnant clients. Our ultrasound monitors for a fetal heartbeat, determines if the pregnancy is viable, and can date your pregnancy.

Pregnancy Consultation. An advocate is someone who supports or speaks in favor of someone or something. Our advocates are here to listen to your situation and concerns, and help provide resources. This Center does not advocate, perform, or refer for abortion.

Community Referrals. Referrals for local services that our clients find useful are available. These services include, but are not limited to, educational assistance, vocational assistance, financial assistance, WIC, and Medicaid referrals (including pregnancy verification letter).

STD Testing and Treatment. We provide reliable STD testing and education on current facts and information concerning STDs and your sexual health. This service is only available for our pregnant clients.

Our BrightCourse lessons cover many different topics including pregnancy, birth, infancy, toddlers, parenting, fatherhood, life skills and more.

Practical, real, and applicable lessons and topics that you can use today!
Pregnancy and parenting can be complicated. For that matter, life in general can be complicated! We want to help. We have hundreds of quick online lessons on topics you will love. The videos are fun, you can learn from home, and we love to talk with you afterward.
YOUnique Coaching
This program encourages participants to make healthy life choices. Whether it is in academic tutoring, goal setting, or life skills mentoring, our volunteers work with participants to help them succeed in life.
Everyone that participates in any of our mentoring, parenting, or other educational classes receive a gift certificate toward any purchase in the Under the Son Thrift Store. Those who participate in our parenting classes are also eligible to receive free diapers, baby/toddler clothing, and baby or nursing supplies along with the gift certificate.
